Viride Agent and Automation Policy

Effective: 2026-05-07 | Last Reviewed: 2026-05-07 | Public Agent Policy

1. Policy Purpose

This policy explains how Viride may use humans and software agents in delivery, support, and operations.

2. Multi-Agent and Human Interchangeability

Viride reserves the right to use humans and/or software agents interchangeably to fulfill work, quality checks, and service obligations.

3. No Single-Provider Commitment

Viride is not restricted to one agent provider, one model family, or one model version. Provider and model choices may change based on reliability, cost, safety, legal terms, and customer needs.

4. Applicable Third-Party Terms

Use of external AI or developer platforms is subject to their applicable terms and policies, including where accepted through admin setup, click-through acceptance, SDK use, or API enrollment.

We believe those terms apply where those tools are used, we believe we follow them, and we evolve our controls and practices as those terms evolve. For the latest versions, check each provider's official terms and policy pages.

5. Reasonable Precautions

6. No Warranty Statement for Public Users

Viride provides public automation and agent-related information without warranty of any kind, express or implied. For public non-customers, no guarantee is made regarding accuracy, availability, fitness for a specific purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

7. Customer Agreement Priority

For customers, signed customer-specific agreements govern service levels, obligations, liability, and risk allocation. If this policy conflicts with customer-specific agreements, the signed customer documents control.
