Partner Onboarding Path

    Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Mutual confidentiality — protects both parties from day one. Required before any technical or business discussion.

    Letter of Intent (LOI) Defines the proposed scope, anticipated terms, and engagement framework. Non-binding; sets the stage for MOU.

    Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Formalizes workstreams, roles, responsibilities, and timeline. Used for multi-phase or long-horizon partnerships.
  • 4
    Master Services Agreement (MSA) Binding commercial contract: service delivery terms, fees, SLAs, governance, and IP ownership.
  • 5
    Access Model (Appendix) Platform access scope, data access levels, authorization gates, and integration boundaries defined per partner type.

Platform Overview — What Partners Integrate With

Viride runs a production options trading system with a modular, API-first architecture. Partner integration points depend on the relationship type.

Data Providers

Bronze pipeline ingests tick/1s bar data from Polygon.io, Databento, and Webull. New data sources integrate via a typed bronze adapter interface. GCS-backed historical store.

Signal & Analytics

Signal monitor runs R²/slope quality analysis per checkpoint. JSONL output at every market event. Kafka-compatible event bus for external analytics consumers.

Execution

Vigilance monitor interfaces with brokerage APIs (Schwab, TDA-compatible). Trade tracking writes to SQLite/BigQuery. Open for execution service integration via adapter pattern.

Observability

Prometheus metrics at :9101 via metrics_bridge. Grafana dashboards for signal quality, P&L, and system health. Audit trail written to GCS per session.

Model Catalog

35 studies versioned in the model catalog. Per-instrument results (SPX, SPXW, AAPL). Side-by-side comparison tooling. Reproducible backtest runner.

Infrastructure

Docker Compose on-prem (CalvinCave) + Firebase hosted portal. GCP Cloud Build CI/CD. Terraform-managed hosting. BigQuery for tier-3 batch analytics.

Data Partners

Historical and real-time market data feeds for SPX, SPXW, and multi-instrument expansion. Requirements: 1s+ resolution, authenticated API, options chain coverage.

Technology Partners

Infrastructure, cloud services, or tooling providers. Use cases: execution infrastructure, compute scale-out, storage optimization, or AI/ML pipeline integration.

Research Partners

Academic or independent researchers interested in collaborating on study extensions (Studies 34–39 and beyond). Joint publication or white-paper arrangements.

Service Partners

Legal, compliance, audit, or advisory services. Viride maintains clean audit trails and welcomes compliance-forward relationships.
