Enrollment is by invitation or referral — sign in with your Google or Apple account and, if your email isn't yet authorized, you'll be queued and notified once access is provisioned.

Trouble signing in?

Since access uses Google or Apple sign-in there's no password to reset — but here are the most common fixes:

• Session broken or stuck — sign out, close the browser tab, then sign back in.
• Your email isn't authorized — your Google or Apple email needs to be on the Viride access list. Send us a note and we'll add it.
• You switched Google accounts — your old email may be authorized but not your new one. Send a note with both and we'll update it.
• Apple sign-in hid your email — if you used "Hide My Email," forward the relay address so we can authorize it.
